Wild Prairie’s visionary owner approached us to help design and ultimately build a store front and dispensary for her environmentally friendly and locally made soap products.

Project Goals

• The owner wanted a liquid dispensary system that would encourage buying in bulk with re-useable containers to eliminate single use plastic packaging.

• As the manufacturing and shipping was all in the same location, there would be some streamlining of the shipping area.

• Creating a bright and modern space with a lot of display opportunities that fall in line with the owner’s design vision.

Retrofit’s Role

Amidst the design and construction of the space, we also faced and were tasked with the very real Covid induced supply chain issues. This allowed us to get creative with what materials were available, and even used some hyper-inflated low end materials as a premium finish. A tongue in cheek twist! We also kept our millwork division busy with both indoor and outdoor signage, shelving solutions and some wall panel details.
